earth's big finish

Project Spectrum comes to a crossroads as earth approaches the threshhold of air. My last bit of earth is my finished Embossed Leaves. I love this pattern, I love how the pattern is echoed in the toe decreases, I love the plain stockinette heel. I have knit this particular sock 3 times and am still in love with it.

Woo Hoo! You finished! They came out great! Perfect end to another color grouping. I was a bad project spectrum participant for the past two months! I can't believe it is June already!

Those are some gorgeous socks! I was just perusing that pattern this morning! I didn't realize it had a stockinette heel! I'll have to read the pattern again!

So lovely. I've been wanting to try this pattern for a while now, and every time I see another pair of embossed leaves, I think "why haven't I started those yet?" Love the color, too.
